Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs:

  • $15 for any order value $100 to $150. 
  • $2 for order value upto $5.
  • $5.50 for order value $5.01 to $99.99.
  • No shipping charges for self-collection request. Please select this option upon check-out.

Exchange and Return Policy

A written request for the exchange or return shall be via email to sales@forest3.com with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and with the reasons for the request.

You will receive our reply within 3 days. If your request is approved, you will receive a F3D Return case number (F3DRTN###) that need to be included clearly with your returned package. Products that were sold can only be exchanged or returned within 21 days from date of purchase if conditions below are met:

  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • Product is damaged during delivery service that was arranged by Forest3 Design. Photo evidence of the damaged condition must be sent to sales@forest3.com within 48 hours from the point of receipt. Kindly include a copy of receipt in your email request.
  • Product is unused and in the same condition as you have received it. It must be in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is available to be presented with the products.
  • F3D Return case number is presented with the affected goods. 

Arrangements for returning of purchased goods:

For purchase value above $100, collection shall be arranged by Forest3 Design. Collection shall be on weekdays only between 10am to 3pm. Otherwise, goods shall be returned to Forest3 Design Pte Ltd (169 Sims Ave, #01-03/4/5, Singapore 387488) between Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm. 
For purchase value below $100, goods shall be returned to Forest3 Design Pte Ltd (169 Sims Ave, #01-03/4/5, Singapore 387488) between Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm at buyers cost. 
For return to Forest3's office, please contact 63488455 for an appointment. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are returning an item by third party, it is advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. Forest3 Design Pte Ltd is unable to guarantee that the receipt of your returned item. Replacement or refund will not be granted should customer fail to return the affected items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Forest3 Design shall replace the items that are returned due to manufacturing defect or damage during shipment if stock is available from the point of return to 14 days after the return is made if the shipping address of the customer is in Singapore. Cost of delivery of the replacement within Singapore shall be covered by Forest3 Design. However, if the item is out of stock and can not be replaced within 14 days from the returned date, then a full refund in a form of our online store credit shall be made to customer.

If shipping address is out of Singapore, Forest3 Design shall have the right to offer a full refund in a form of our online store credit instead of a replacement in exchange for the returned items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Purchase made is not refundable. However store credit may be given to you instead or a replacement of the same item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.You will also be notified within 3 days about the exchange or refund requests.
